We set out to get fans of maple syrup that currently only use it for tried and tested recipes, to see it as a versatile ingredient for all kinds of creations.
To do this we curated unexpected partnerships with food and beverage innovators that prove its potential. The platform kicked off with a collaboration with cocktail connoisseurs Holy Water - unleashing a mouth-watering maple-infused drinks menu at Taste of London.
